Comprehensive Guide to Urine Lab Test at H.R. Diagnostic | Book Now
Tumblr media
Everything You Need to Know About Urine Lab Tests at H.R. Diagnostic
A urine lab test is one of the most common and important medical tests. It helps detect and diagnose a variety of conditions. From infections to chronic diseases, a urine test can reveal a lot about your health. At H.R. Diagnostic, we prioritize your health by offering accurate and quick Urinalysis.
What is a Urinalysis?
A Urinalysis, also known as urinalysis, examines the content of your urine. This test can provide valuable information about your kidneys, liver, and overall health. The test looks for abnormalities such as infections, kidney disease, and diabetes. However, it can also detect less obvious issues like dehydration or urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Why Is a Urine Lab Test Important?
Urine lab tests are essential for diagnosing a range of health conditions. For instance, they can detect infections early before symptoms worsen. Additionally, they help monitor chronic conditions, like diabetes and kidney disease. Therefore, regular urine tests are crucial for maintaining good health.
How Is a Urine Lab Test Performed?
At H.R. Diagnostic, the urine lab test process is simple and quick. First, you will need to provide a urine sample. Our trained staff will guide you through the process. Afterward, the sample is analyzed in our lab. The results are usually available within a few hours. Therefore, you don’t have to wait long for your test results.
Types of Urine Lab Tests
Urine tests come in different forms, each serving a specific purpose. Understanding the type of urine lab test you need is crucial for accurate diagnosis. Here are the most common types:
1. Routine Urinalysis
This is the most basic urine lab test. It checks for various substances in your urine, such as glucose, protein, and blood. A routine urinalysis is often part of a regular health checkup. However, it can also help detect early signs of illness.
2. Urine Culture
A urine culture is used to detect infections, particularly UTIs. If bacteria are found in your urine, a culture test can identify the specific type. Therefore, this test is essential for prescribing the right antibiotics.
3. 24-Hour Urine Collection
This test measures the amount of urine your body produces in 24 hours. It helps diagnose kidney problems and other metabolic disorders. However, it requires you to collect all urine passed in a 24-hour period.
4. Pregnancy Test
A pregnancy test detects the hormone hCG in your urine. This test is quick and usually gives results within minutes. However, it's most accurate when taken after a missed period.
5. Drug Screening
Drug screening tests for the presence of drugs in your system. It's commonly used in workplaces and sports organizations. However, it's also used in medical settings to ensure proper treatment.
Preparing for a Urine Lab Test
Preparing for a urine lab test is simple. However, there are a few things you should keep in mind:
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your test, but avoid excessive fluids. Too much water can dilute your urine and affect the results.
Avoid Certain Foods: Some foods, like beets and asparagus, can change the color of your urine. Therefore, it’s best to avoid these before your test.
Inform Your Doctor About Medications: Certain medications can affect your urine test results. Always inform your doctor about any drugs or supplements you are taking.
What to Expect During the Test
During a urine lab test, you will be asked to provide a urine sample. You will be given a sterile container to collect your urine. It’s important to follow the instructions carefully to avoid contamination. Once the sample is collected, it will be sent to the lab for analysis.
How to Interpret Urine Lab Test Results
Understanding your urine lab test results is important for your health. However, medical terms can be confusing. Here’s a quick guide:
Color and Clarity: Normal urine is light yellow and clear. Cloudy or dark urine can indicate infection or dehydration.
pH Level: This measures the acidity of your urine. A pH level between 4.6 and 8.0 is considered normal. However, abnormal levels may suggest a health issue.
Protein: The presence of protein in your urine may indicate kidney disease.
Glucose: High glucose levels in urine can be a sign of diabetes.
Blood: Blood in your urine can be a sign of infection, kidney disease, or even cancer.
If your results are abnormal, don’t panic. Many factors can influence your urine test. However, it’s essential to discuss your results with your doctor. They can explain what the results mean and recommend further tests if necessary.

When Should You Get a Urine Lab Test?
Knowing when to get a urine lab test is crucial for your health. Here are some situations where a Urinalysis might be necessary:
1. Routine Health Checkup
Including a Urinalysis in your regular health checkup can help detect potential issues early. It’s a simple yet effective way to monitor your health.
2. Symptoms of UTI
If you experience symptoms like burning during urination, frequent urination, or cloudy urine, you should get a urine lab test. These are common signs of a UTI, which can worsen if not treated promptly.
3. Monitoring Chronic Conditions
If you have a chronic condition like diabetes or kidney disease, regular Urinalysis are essential. They help monitor your condition and ensure that it’s being managed properly.
4. Pregnancy
A urine lab test can confirm pregnancy. However, it’s also used during pregnancy to monitor your health and the health of your baby.
5. Pre-Surgery
Before surgery, a Urinalysis may be required to ensure you are in good health. It helps detect any potential issues that could complicate the surgery.
Tips for a Successful Urine Lab Test
A successful urine lab test starts with proper preparation. Here are a few tips to ensure accurate results:
Follow Instructions: Make sure to follow all instructions provided by your healthcare provider. This includes how to collect the urine sample and what to avoid before the test.
Label Your Sample: If you’re collecting a 24-hour urine sample, make sure to label each container properly. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate results.
Avoid Contamination: Always use a sterile container to collect your urine. Additionally, make sure to clean the area around your urethra before collecting the sample.
Conclusion
A urine lab test is a simple yet powerful tool for diagnosing and monitoring various health conditions. At H.R. Diagnostic, we are dedicated to providing you with accurate and timely urine lab tests. Whether you need a routine checkup or are experiencing symptoms, we are here to help. Don’t wait until it’s too late – book your Urinalysis today and take a proactive step towards better health.

Part 2 of my addicted!Simon headcanon!!
Price always had a lot going on; being the Captain of a Task Force demanded a lot of time, energy and most of all - nerves.
So when one of the nurses on base had pulled him aside and said that she suspected someone stealing Morphine, all he did was nod and call in a meeting. Luckily, everyone had obliged to giving him a urine sample to let it be tested for drugs.
What no one seemed to notice was Simon's eyes staring into nothingness as all he did was pray that his heavy heart wouldn't give his covers away. His head was spinning because he searched for a way out of this - there had to be a way he didn't have to take it. And suddenly his mind started to wander off to you; the only one who'd met him without knowing he was Ghost. The only one who knew he had a problem - a fucking big one right now - and the only one who understood him was you.
One hand tightly gripping the little cup, the other one knocking loudly on your door. He didn't hesitate when the door opened; he simply pushed it open and walked into your tiny apartment.
"Simon?" you asked with a frown plastered on your face. You hadn't expected him - of course you hadn't so all you were wearing was one of your cute pyjamas you avoided to wear around him normally. "Is everything okay?"
"I messed up," was all that came across his lips with a heavy sigh. When his gaze met yours, all he could do was put the cup on your kitchen table and point at it. "I need your help."
You stepped closer and eyed the little cup and when you realized what exactly he'd asked you to do, you shook your head. "No, I'm not helping you fake a drugtest."
"Please, luvie," his eyes studied your face - he reduced the distance between you two quickly and took your face into his rough and calloused hands. "I'll never ask anythin' of you ever again. Just let me keep my job, fuck- it's the only thing that's been keeping me sane all this time."
Of course your heart sank when you heard his pleading and even more so when you looked up at him and you could see the desperation in his blue eyes. After moments had passed - which felt like years for Simon - you'd finally nodded and given in to him.
"I knew you'd understand," he whispered and pecked your lips before letting you go take the drugtest.
You'd never felt so dirty in your life. Pissing into a little cup while Simon waited impatiently outside the bathroom made you feel greedy and so, so worthless. But if you were being honest; there was nothing you wouldn't do for Simon. Of course you weren't supporting his addiction - that was the main reason you had broken up, after all. But he was your Simon. The closest you'll ever get to finding unconditional love.
A few days after Simon had given the sample to Price - he'd been the last to hand it over - the test results finally came. And Price would never doubt his team; they'd done everything together for years at this point, but he could also imagine one of his soldiers having an addiction as it was nothing new.
To his surprise and relief, all the test results came back negative. But looking at Simon's results made him frown - or more so, all he could do was huff at the result.
"You wanted to speak to me?" Simon had stepped into Price's office; not even thinking that it could have anything to do with the drugtest as he knew you hadn't taken any.
Price's eyes never left Simon's form. He watched him intensly as he took the seat across from Price's desk. "Yeah, well, the results came back and since you're L.T., I thought you'd deserve to know before everyone else."
Simon hummed in response while leaning back, silently thanking you again.
"Luckily, everyone's negative," Price announced which made Simon even more relaxed. "But.. The Lab was a bit confused and thought something went wrong as Simon Riley's clearly a male name."
"Captain, I don't think I can follow you," Simon had frowned under his balaclava.
Price barked a bitter laugh as he looked at the Lieutnant in front of him. "They found the hormone Beta-hCG in your piss. You wanna know what that means?"
All Simon could do was nod; unaware of what's to come.
"The fuckin' piss is from someone who's pregnant," Price lowly said. "So now we not only know this wasn't your piss, but I think you two would've been smart enough to know we‘d find out. So, Riley, should I say congratultions?"
Y‘all wanna read part 3???!!! 🙏😭

Wedding Bells Or Separations?
James Wilson x Female Reader
Summary: Something has changed between Wilson and the head of the Pediatrics Department. House is feeling bored and decides to investigate.
TW: Fluff, House (Warning in itself), talk of weddings/pregnancy/breast size.
Tumblr media
House walked into the cafeteria, scanning the room until his bright blue eyes located Wilson and L/N. They sat in the same side of a booth with Wilson's arm wrapped around her shoulder as they ate lunch together. Her legs were crossed, high heeled shoe bobbing up and down slowly underneath the table. L/N's body was angled towards Wilson as they talked, her hand resting on his thigh.
They were close. Too close.
Something was off in their relationship, it was like the dynamic had changed overnight. House made his way across the room, sliding into the booth across from them, "What's new with my favorite couple?" House asked, grabbing a fry from L/N's plate.
"We're good. How are you, House?" L/N asked.
"Bored," House stated, chewing the fried potato.
"God, help us all," Wilson muttered.
L/N smiled, shaking her head slightly as she picked up a french fry from her plate.
"What has peaked your interest for today then, House?" L/N asked, biting into the fry.
"I wouldn't ask that," Wilson suggested.
L/N shrugged, shifting closer to Wilson's side as her hand slid down his thigh towards his knee.
"Your breasts look amazing," House stated, eyes flickering down to the top of her dress.
L/N let out a disbelieving scoff, "Wow, that's definitely not what I was expecting you to say," She said.
"I would appreciate it if you didn't comment on the appearance of my girlfriend's breasts," Wilson said.
"The sudden uprising of those beautifully sculpted, perky fun-bags could be a gift courtesy of a new push-up bra or it could be due to first trimester hormones," House continued, choosing not to acknowledge Wilson's comment.
"I am not pregnant, House," L/N said.
"Your mood swings are doing little to convince me, but the fact that you haven't gained any weight-," "Be careful how you finish that sentence, House," L/N said firmly.
"I'll drop the topic completely if you take a pregnancy test," House offered, grabbing another fry from her plate.
"I am not pregnant," L/N repeated.
"Pee in a cup then," House argued.
She huffed, "James, help me," L/N said.
"She is not letting you test her urine. Forget it, House," Wilson stated firmly.
"Fine... But something has changed between you two and I'm going to find out what it is," House said.
"Whatever you say, House," Wilson said, taking a drink from his coffee cup.
...
House walked through the hallways of Princeton-Plainsboro with Cameron, Chase and Foreman following closely behind him. House narrowed his eyes slightly when he saw Wilson and L/N standing at the nursing station. She smiled at something he said, scribbling something down in her patient file before tucking her pen into the pocket of her lab coat. L/N turned to face him, hands raising up to adjust his green tie.
"Get an MRI and come find me when you see the abscess that's killing him," House ordered.
"But shouldn't we-" "Scram, kiddos, daddy has some work to do," House said.
He broke off from the group, approaching Wilson and L/N, "You haven't worn that god-awful tie since before your divorce," House stated.
"Nice to see you too, House," Wilson sighed.
"Either you're pregnant, you're engaged or you're breaking up and overcompensating," House listed.
"She is not pregnant, House," Wilson said.
"Then that just leaves wedding bells or separations... But you're too smart to be overcompensating because you know that I would be able to tell the difference," House said, eyeing the pair suspiciously.
"Let it go, House. We're happy," Wilson said.
"Too happy. It's an anomaly," House stated.
"My god, is he always this exhausting?" L/N questioned.
"Tiredness... Pregnancy is back on the board," House said.
L/N sighed, "I'm going back to work. See you at dinner," L/N said, grabbing her file and pressing a quick kiss to Wilson's cheek before walking off.
"Please, let it go, House," Wilson said after she was out of earshot, taking his own file and leaving House to his thoughts.
...
Wilson and L/N sat across from each other in the dimly lit restaurant. He laughed at something she said before lifting his wine glass to his lips. L/N's smile suddenly fell as she looked up at something behind him.
"Is everything okay?" Wilson asked, turning to look. He huffed when he saw House making his way over to them.
Wilson turned back to L/N, "I am so sorry about whatever he's going to do or say," Wilson said.
"I know," She smiled.
"Hey, guys! I didn't know you'd be here tonight. Small world," House smiled, pulling up a chair and sitting at their table.
"Wine? Pretty irresponsible to drink while pregnant," House mused.
L/N sighed, taking a sip from her glass before setting it down on the table.
House's eyes zeroed in on the folder on the corner of the table.
"Dinner and a consult? Way too fancy a place for that," House said, reaching for the folder.
L/N rested her hand on top of it, "House, can we please talk about this another time?" L/N asked.
"Show me what's in the file," House said.
L/N sighed, eyes locking with Wilson's across the table. He nodded, L/N picked up the file and held it out to House.
He took the folder from her hand and flipped it open, eyes scanning across the various photos and documents.
"Flowers, venues, colors, foods, cake... You're getting married?" House asked, looking up at Wilson and L/N.
She lifted the chain from around her neck, revealing the engagement ring that had been hidden by the neckline of her dress.
House stared at the jewlery in silence, "You're engaged," He stated.
"I proposed two weeks ago," Wilson admitted.
"You kept this hidden from me for two weeks? I'm impressed," House said, eyes dropping back down to the file.
"I'd go with pink and grey," House said, flipping the file closed and holding it out to L/N.
She took the folder, "Enjoy your dinner," House said, standing up from his chair and making his way out of the restaurant.

The Arcane - Chapter Four - Anomaly
Tumblr media
Summary: You find an anomaly in Viktor's blood. He takes you down to see his old doctor. You meet Vander.
Characters: Viktor x Male Reader (Dr Raven) x Jayce (Eventually)
Warnings: Blood
Words: 2,408
Tumblr media
After Viktor departed from your lab, you set the centrifuge, prepared a slide, poured yourself a drink, and sat down to examine his blood more closely. It was clear right away that something was wrong.
“What the…?” you mumbled as you gazed through the microscope.
His red blood cell count was fine and the cells were dispersed nicely – not too close together, not too far apart, not clumped up in groups. But there was an anomaly. Around the white spot of hemoglobin at the center of each cell was a blue ring.
That’s why his blood seems purple. The red and blue are mixing. You made a quick, preliminary note of the observation. Without more testing, there was no way to know whether this anomaly was strictly discoloration, or if it was something more serious. Was it preventing the cells from transporting oxygen throughout his body? You would have to separate a cell and look more closely at the… mutation? Toxin? You weren’t sure. Normally, this kind of mystery would delight you. You were excited at the prospect of making new discoveries, of course, but you were also worried. Would the research you were conducting on your own blood be able to fix a problem you’d never seen before and hadn’t accounted for during testing? The best way to find out what would happen if you mixed your blood with Viktors was to do just that.
You prepared a secondary slide, focused the microscope, then pricked your finger. Carefully, you picked up a tiny bit of your blood on the end of a scalpel and dropped it into Viktor’s on the slide. You peered through the lens, holding your breath. With other samples of diseased blood, the common trend was that your blood would mix with the foreign sample and dissolve whatever anomaly it found present, whether that be an infection or something else, rendering it harmless. From there, the theory was that this bi-product would be filtered out of the blood when it traveled through the liver, and then be disposed of in the urine.
That was only a theory, however, because none of your subjects ever survived long enough to prove it. For some, death took seconds. For others, minutes, hours, or even days. For all of them, though, it was excruciating.
And this was why: After a few seconds of contact with your blood, Viktor’s cells began to burst. You expected no less. The main focus of your research was figuring out how to make your blood less volatile. You couldn’t figure out why it had the effect it did, and while some of your research had proven promising in delaying the inevitable, you had been unable to stop it entirely.
This small test was a good sign, despite the outcome. This proved that your blood could remove the anomaly from Viktor’s cells if it turned out to be harmful. You just had to find a way to get it to work without killing him, which is what you’d been trying to do for the last hundred years with no success. You sighed and leaned back in your chair, pinching the bridge of your nose. There were other tests to run, other observations to be made. It could be that the blue ring was nothing more than a strange pigmentation phenomenon and wasn’t hurting him at all. It could be that his previous doctors had been so focused on this strange blue ring that they had completely missed a more obvious answer. The human body, so intricate and complex… Everything was connected. If one thing went wrong, everything was affected.
You stopped by Heimerdinger’s office later that evening, around five, with dinner for Viktor.
“The apple wasn’t enough?” he asked slyly when you set the bag of take-out on the desk next to him.
“I’m afraid it’s going to take more than an apple to keep this doctor away. Sorry,” you smirked.
“What if I throw it hard enough?”
You chuckled and pulled up an extra chair to sit next to him. He put down the notes he was organizing for Heimerdinger and opened the bag to see what you had brought him. A fresh, hot, healthy meal awaited him, and while he didn’t usually have much of an appetite, the smell of it was making his mouth water.
“Any breakthroughs?” he asked as he fished the fork out of the bag.
“Breakthroughs? No. Curious observations? Many.”
“Do tell.”
“There’s still more testing to be done, but what I can tell you is that your blood is healthy, except for one thing.”
“Oh?”
You nabbed the orange out of the bag and peeled it for him.
“There’s an… anomaly," you explained. A blue ring around the hemoglobin in each red cell that shouldn’t be there.”
“Anomaly indeed,” Viktor agreed, his brows furrowed. “So what does this mean?”
“Like I said, there’s more testing to be done to find out what that ring actually is and what effect its having on your body. It could just be pigmentation.”
“But then, what’s causing it?”
You shrugged.
“That’s the million dollar question. A question I’m afraid I’ll have to take a lot more samples in order to answer. Samples of more than just your blood.”
He tilted his head to the side, not quite understanding.
“Plasma and bone, primarily.”
Oh. Those were not pleasant samples to give.
“But those can wait for now” you assured him with a soft smile when you saw the sick look on his face.
After dinner, you took Viktor to your lab to show him the slides and explained what he was seeing, chatting at length about the possible causes and effects of the mysterious blue ring. Then, when the sun finally dipped below the horizon, it was time for Viktor to show you to the Undercity, where you hoped his medical records could be found.
The Undercity was damp and smelly, with a comforting darkness pierced by blinding neon lights. The gaze of every Trencher was on you and Viktor as you wound through the narrow, muddy streets, some glittering with greed as they took in your expensive clothes, and others darkened by fear when your red-hot gaze found theirs. You were on edge and Viktor could tell.
“Relax, will you?” he said as he limped along.
“Not sure I can do that,” you chuckled dryly.
The streets became thinner, the buildings more dense and compact the farther down you traveled. The deeper he led you, the thicker and more oppressive the air became, as well. It didn’t take long for Viktor to start coughing.
“Stop, Viktor,” you said, placing a hand gently on his shoulder. “I can find my way from here. I want you to go back where the air is nicer.”
He looked like he wanted to argue, but another coughing fit overtook him. When he finally got control of it, he nodded.
“I’ll met you on the bridge.”
“No,” you shook your head. “I want you to stay close. Meet me at the edge The Lanes.”
Worried I’m going to get mugged, are you?” he smirked.
“Of course I am.”
His smirk fell, and he frowned.
“The people of The Undercity aren’t animals, doctor.”
“No, but some of them are desperate, and you would make an easy mark.”
“That applies to people in Piltover, too, you know.”
“I know. Which is why I would be asking you to stick close if we were up there, too.”
He sighed. He wanted to be offended, to argue that he could take care of himself, but instead, he found your protectiveness… endearing.
“At the edge of The Lanes, then,” he agreed.
It wasn’t a long walk back, and anyone who so much as looked at Viktor shied away when they saw you watching. He would be fine. As he limped away, you turned and continuing deeper into The Fissures. The air down here wasn’t necessarily toxic anymore, thanks to the filtration system that House Kirraman had installed years ago. But it was still heavy, and, gods, the smell. Like sulfur and sewage. The people down here regarded you with mistrust. Topsiders didn't come down here unless they were there for shady dealings. You didn't belong... Or did you? You were scary enough to fit in, that was for sure, but your clothes betrayed your status. You yourself were an anomaly in the veins of The Undercity.
You approached one of the first people you encountered, but she scurried away, hissing obscenities, before you could ask your question. It took you quite some time to find anyone willing to point you toward Viktor’s former doctor. When you did finally find him, you were not impressed in the least. Actually, you were appalled. The “hospital” was nothing more than a run-down shack. It may have been a proper hospital at one point, but now it was nothing more than dirt and grime on some old boards.
A bell chimed overhead when you opened the door and stepped inside. Somehow, the air in here was even stuffier than out there. You curled your lip, disgusted at the state of the place. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years. Bottles with various colored liquids filled shelves alongside ancient medical tools. You were thankful the glass on the bottles was so filthy. Some of the things floating in them were… questionable. You weren’t sure you wanted to know exactly what they contained.
An older man with a potbelly appeared from a door in the back. He wore a leather apron, stained with old, dried blood, and the frizzy white hair atop his head stuck out at odd angles. He was hunched and limped when he walked, and one of his eyes seemed to be glued permanently shut with some kind of greenish pus. He looked more like a mad scientist than a doctor.
“How can I help?” he asked with a voice like gravel, resting his fat, filthy hands on the reception desk.
“My name is Doctor Raven. I’m here regarding a former patient of yours, Viktor. I need his medical records.”
He didn’t react for a moment, and you wondered if he’d heard you at all. Finally, he nodded slowly.
“Viktor, yes… I remember now.”
“Do you have his records?” you asked.
He grumbled and looked around.
“I think… Yes…”
He shuffled back into the back room and was gone for ages before finally reappearing with a file. He handed it to you, and you were thankful you’d worn your gloves as you took it from him. You opened it. Three pages.
“This is it?” you asked, glancing up at him.
He shrugged.
“There wasn’t much to record. Bad bones, bad blood.”
You scoffed and shook your head.
“Thanks,” you mumbled as you turned to leave.
He cleared his throat loudly, catching your attention, and you heard him shuffle up behind you. He glared at you, his hand out, palm up.
Of course.
You fished a few coins out of your pocket and handed them to him, careful not to make contact.
You were frustrated and in poor spirits when you met back up with Viktor. He stood when you approached, eyes bright and curious.
“Did you find him?”
You held up the file.
“Not sure it was worth our time, but yes.”
He took the file and thumbed through it.
“This is it?” he asked.
“I asked the same thing.”
“I visited him hundreds of times while I lived down here, and this is all he has…” He shook his head. “Unbelievable.”
“I’ll make do,” you assured him. “Come on, let’s get out of here.”
You stuck close to his side as you picked your way back through the broken streets to the bridge, giving more than a few warning growls to those with greedy eyes and sticky fingers. You stopped halfway across.
“Go ahead,” you said. “I think I’m going to linger for a bit. I want to have a look around. This place disgusts me, I won’t lie, but… It’s also exactly the kind of place I want to help. The kind of people I want to help.”
Viktor smiled.
“Take your time, Doctor.”
You did take your time, talking with those that would give you the time of day, asking about their health and their woes. You knew that the Upper City didn’t care much for those below, but you didn’t realize the full extent of their neglect. You were glad that Viktor got out of there. Eventually, you found your way to a bar called The Last Drop. The barkeeper greeted you heartily and asked what you’d like to drink. You declined the drink politely and instead continued your investigation.
“Yeah, things can get pretty bad down here,” he said quietly. “We don’t have much in the way of medical attention, but the doctors we do have do what they can to help. On top of that, the food down here isn’t great. We have plenty of seafood, but fresh fruit and vegetables are few and far between.”
You nodded, listening intently. He leaned forward on the bar.
“What’s a fancy doctor like you doing down here anyway?” he asked, more quietly.
“I came with a patient, to get medical records from his former doctor. I’ve only been in Piltover for two days, and I have to admit, I’m not delighted to see how they treat this part of their population.”
He scoffed.
“Topside couldn’t care less about what goes on down here in the Trenches.”
“Yes, that’s the conclusion I came to as well,” you said quietly.
“Sure I can’t get you a drink?” he asked. “You look like you could use one.”
You chuckled.
“No, thank you. I should be heading back. Thanks for talking with me.”
You tried to give him some coin for his time and information, but he refused with a chuckle.
“No need for that, Doctor. You just do what you can to help the people down here, and we'll call it even. Hey, what’s your name, before you go?”
“Raven,” you answered as you stepped down from the barstool. “Doctor Raven.”
“Vander,” he said, offering his hand.
You didn’t want to touch the Fissures doctor, but Vander’s hand, you didn’t hesitate to shake.
“Until next time, then, Vander.”
You bid him farewell and made your way back toward home, following the path illuminated by the silver glow of the moon.

DOCTOR BONDAGE
Tumblr media
Since you became a slave things have been a lot different for you . Not just the little things being kicked out of your bed and having to sleep in a crate now , constantly wearing latex all day long even in the sun , being furniture when ordered and of course, taking your meals on the floor in a bowl now. But now for your regular physical you had to visit a new doctor who specialized in seeing slaves like yourself . Her office was in a different part of town walking on all fours through those doors you wouldn’t pee around the lobby quickly, making eye contact with the other patients all in different states of bondage some rougher than other . When you had a chance you saw a man’s ass beaten, black and blue . As you waited for your mistress to fill out your form you looked at the wall, all reinforcing the power dynamic of mistress and slave. When they were ready for you were led into the examination where the doctor waited for you . Your mistress introduced you and she answered preliminary questions about you . Once satisfied, you were instructed to undress and climb up onto the chair and sit , Doing so you undressed, taking off your suit, but keeping your mask as asked by your Mistress and were restrained quickly to the chair tightly with belt restrains . She would firmly examine your naked body caressing and groping you and once satisfied would ask for the key to your cage. Your mistress would hand the key to the doctor and she would release you. Yours throbbing purple penis stood there erected now free to only be slapped with her whip. Recoiling you would sit there and anticipation for what would happen next . Once satisfied she would glove herself and grab a big black dildo strap on from her table and put it on. She would tell you that she will now test your orgasmic reflex . She would proceeded to milk you friendly, gripping your throbbing penis tightly as she went while trusting into you with her dildo. You moaned and groaned as she went but when you did it she would whack you for it and shushing you to stay quiet as she worked. Then it happened after a long edging and teasing period you would finally blow cum loads onto her drapes and lab coat . Satisfied she allowed you to rest that she discussed further treatment options with your mistress. As you went flaccid she would fix the cage onto your cock locking it once more. Being brought down from the chair you and your business were walked out by the doctor and she talked with her. Home you spent the night as her toilet in the living room as she watched TV accepting her urine and stool albeit in a bag this time feeling it warm and disgust yet not tasting it . As you sat there you respond back to your session relieved that you were allowed it as next time you would be there it would be your Castration.
